We have been lucky enough to work in other states with diverse peoples and varied landscapes. Our experiences have taught us valuable people skills. We bring you years of experience and knowledge of rural agricultural areas. We have the ability to deal with all aspects of the purchasing and selling process. We have taken the time to complete continuing education courses, learn the technical aspects of the real estate industry and the best way to navigate through complex real estate transactions.

Karen obtained her real estate license in 2005 and teamed up with her husband in Diamond B Realty.  Karen and her husband Russ have had the pleasure of working on Real Estate projects and Right of Way projects in Wyoming, New Mexico, North Dakota and Texas.

In July and August of 2017 we sold our Colorado specialty Ag property and bought the Crazy P Ranch Southwest of Buffalo, Wyoming. Through all of the work and processes associated with the buy and sell parts of these transactions Russ Bandemer and Diamond B Realty, were invaluable. Russ referred our Colorado sale to a local broker with the right expertise and the property sold at the top of our expectations; we had an offer, literally, before the property was even formally listed. The ranch purchase was even more important to us as it was our future. Russ worked hard and did a great deal of preliminary screening across a range of properties within the specific geography we were wanting. He compiled benefits and features on each property and, in most cases, toured the ranches before we arrived. Over three days we evaluated ranches together and narrowed our interests to two properties. Shortly thereafter we made an offer on our preferred choice and it was accepted; we closed on the purchase roughly 60 days after we first toured all the properties. Russ knows ranches and the attributes to consider. He was also incredibly diligent and responsive to our questions and ideas. And, importantly to us, he was thoughtful, friendly and very supportive through a fairly complex transaction.
